hello i am penny! blogging from japan! did you miss me?

i am in my host family's house now, using their computer. my host family is really nice! my host student's name is ryo, and her twin sister is yo. hahaha, so if you greet her, you can say 'Yo, Yo!' of course i didn't tell her that. i wouldn't know how to in the first place. but they are all really nice people. very cute also.

and the family is rich. they have two benz at home. plus a cute dog. and they are fans of hanshin tigers? some japanese baseball team.

and schooling is so interesting! i mean really, interesting. not like singapore, powerpoint here, powerpoint there. and the form teacher gave me textbooks! japanese and english. and the students are all very enthusiastic here, so lessons are really better. and they have art class sec 3!

and the people here are very friendly. and polite. ohwell, at least the students are. in the morning they all greet each other ohayo. even the principal and teachers are very friendly. hahaha, but ryo says that her cca (basketball) teacher is very scary. drives a mitsubishi colt. when i saw her i decided that she will grow up to be like dearest miss chang, except prettier. which if you ask me, is still very sad. :( but the students are nice people. (i shall neglect the fact that somebody pointed his middle finger at me today morning. i bet he was just fooling around anyway.)

but the people here eat a lot? i mean, for a person like me to say that they eat a lot, it must really mean that they do eat a lot. woah, the school lunch is really a lot, i was so full already, but everyone around me finished their food, so i just forced the food into food, so i just forced the food into my mouth. hahaha. was damn full after that lah. and wahlao they eat so much and not fat somemore. to hell with metabolism rates.

hahaha, now i'm back from walking the dog. so fun, the weather is so great. very windy. the dog is so obedient, it wants to make friends with me and eats seaweed i feed it. (this is very and eats seaweed i feed it. (this is very embarrassing. the host mother gave me seaweed to feed the dog, and i didn't understand what to feed the dog, and i didn't understand what she was the dog, and i didn't understand what she was talking about, so i thought it was for me and took a big bite out of it. hahaha. only realized when i saw yo feeding the dog.)

okay, now comes the part where y'all would love. i do miss singapore. and the people there, like my kazouku and tomodachi. family and friends. yeah, it can be a little paiseh at times over here, esp. when you have no idea about what each other is talking about. and i miss the people who can tahan my craziness and yeah, a lot of things. the way i can just do anything i want and have no difficulty communicating. but then again, i know when these twenty days are over, i'll start to miss everything here, so i shall just shut up and not make people who are reading this so happy.

pardon me for my writing please. i know my writing sort of sucks now. can't be helped, i've not been in an english environment (alliteration!) for quite some days. but i can sense my japanese improving day by day, so yay! to good japanese! :)

i haven't eaten any sashimi yet. neither have i seen any hot guys. but then again, there's still more days to go! yay baby i want to see takashi sorimachi.

goodbye. sayoOnara (fart)! poot.

heaven on earth
