why does the song "it's raining men" goes hallelujah?

shouldn't it be like,

it's raining men,
quick go and catch
it's raining men,
...

i don't know how the rest of the song goes.

but instead of saying hallelujah, wouldn't it be more practical by doing something like catching those raining men?

by the way, i didn't come up with 'quick go and catch'. my sister did, when the rain was flooding the whole of singapore today.
